In any situation, you must provide proper documentation to support your claim before we can make a decision. For a refund request due to COVID, a PCR test in your name is required. For a refund request due to flight cancellation, proof from the airline is necessary. While we strive to accommodate our attendees, refunds are not guaranteed.

Participants must fall within the age range of 21 to 50 to be eligible for attendance.

Our registration process involves both profile creation and event application. Upon approval to attend the event, you will gain access to the guest list ahead of time. The guest lists become visible approximately 10 to 15 days before the scheduled event.

Applicants who apply but do not receive approval are placed on a 'waitlist.' Individuals on the waitlist are reconsidered if the event capacity is not reached. In some cases, if you are not approved due to ineligibility then Elite Mingle refunds your event fee.
