The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) is a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you ("Volunteer") and ELITE PLUS, LLC dba THE ELITE MINGLE.

THE ELITE MINGLE:

• Agrees to provide sufficient information, training, and materials to the volunteer to meet the responsibilities of the position.
• Agrees to support the skills, dignity, time and individual needs of the volunteer.
• Commits to furnishing meals for the volunteer throughout the duration of the volunteer period.

The Volunteer:

• Agrees to adhere to all THE ELITE MINGLE policies and procedures, including confidentiality of the business and the customer information.
• Agrees that all customer information is confidential, and he/she will not contact clients except as required by volunteer duties or distribute their information in any manner
• Agrees that he/she will not directly market any personal or third party business services during the time that he/she is engaged in volunteer activity for THE ELITE MINGLE.
• Gives THE ELITE MINGLE consent to its unrestricted use and publication in any media of any photograph, recording, interview, videotape, or other recording of him/her in connection with volunteer activities.
• Is expected to refrain from personal interactions or engagement with any of the guests attending THE ELITE MINGLE events.
• Is contributing his/her time to the event on a voluntary basis and will not receive payment or reimbursement for incurred expenses.
• Release THE ELITE MINGLE and its board members, staff members, volunteers, or any other person acting on the behalf of THE ELITE MINGLE from any claims arising from his/her volunteer work with THE ELITE MINGLE.
