AAPI and The Elite Mingle have teamed up to host the ultimate luxurious singles matchmaking event at the AAPI World Health Congress in NYC on July 19-20, 2024! Join us for an exclusive evening of networking and connection, open to AAPI Friends & Family! Whether you're seeking romance or looking to connect with like-minded professionals, our singles event offers a relaxed atmosphere for mingling, conversation, and potential sparks! Don't miss this opportunity to meet fellow single AAPI members and non-members in a fun and inviting environment!

Our two-day singles matchmaking event will feature a Welcome Reception, Social Mixer, Speed Dating, Cocktail Hour, Fashion Show, Black Tie Dinner, DJ, and Live Entertainment with Javed Ali.

Eligibility Requirements (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):

This event is open to everyone between the ages of 23 and 50. It's free for ONLY AAPI members who have registered for the AAPI World Congress. It's a ticketed (PAID) event for non-AAPI members and AAPI members who have not registered for the AAPI World Congress.

Registrants of AAPI World Health Congress:  FREE

Non-AAPI Members and AAPI Members who have not registered for AAPI World Health Congress: $500 

Registration Process:

If you have registered for the AAPI World Congress then please follow the process below to receive your free ticket to the HEARTBEAT event:

1. Create a profile on The Elite Mingle site by clicking on the JOIN button.
2. After your profile has been created, visit the HEARTBEAT event page HEARTBEAT and register for the event by clicking on the REGISTER button.
3. You will be redirected to the Event Brite site. Click on the SELECT TICKET button and select the FREE ticket option.
4. You will receive a confirmation email from The Elite Mingle team after your registration for the AAPI World Congress has been verified.

NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE APPROVED FOR THIS EVENT IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED FOR THE AAPI WORLD HEALTH CONGRESS AND SELECT THE FREE TICKET FOR THIS EVENT DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS. 

 

If you have NOT registered for the AAPI World Congress (even if you're an AAPI member) or you're a non-AAPI memebet, then please follow the process below to purchase your ticket:

1. Create a profile on The Elite Mingle site by clicking on the JOIN button.
2. After your profile has been created, visit the HEARTBEAT event page HEARTBEAT and register for the event by clicking on the REGISTER button.
3. You will be redirected to the Event Brite site. Click on the SELECT TICKET button and select the PAID ticket option.
4. You will receive a confirmation email from The Elite Mingle team after the Event Brite transaction is successful.
